Pastaria by Niche is looking for a seasoned line cook to fill one of the most coveted and challenging spots in our kitchen: Drops. This is the lead pasta station role — the highest-level line position at Pastaria — and it's not for the faint of heart. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and love the energy of a real dinner rush, this is your spot.
As the Drops cook, you are the anchor of the line. You'll be responsible for executing pasta dishes at high volume with precision, speed, and consistency, every single service. This position demands endurance, mental sharpness, and a genuine love for the hustle. Master this role and you'll have the skills to cook on the line in any kitchen.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in high-volume kitchens who can hit the ground running. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving BOH environment, managing heat and pace simultaneously, and taking pride in putting out exceptional food every single ticket. Prior experience on a pasta station or similar lead line position is a major plus.
In return, Pastaria and Niche Food Group offer a competitive hourly rate of $22–$24, a full-time schedule starting at 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and a uniform.
