No construction experience? No problem. If you have a proven track record in face-to-face sales and know how to close deals, we'll teach you everything you need to know about the construction industry.
We're not looking for order takers—we're looking for closers.

- Proven experience in face-to-face sales (required)
- Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections
- Confident, competitive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
### Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Present our construction and home improvement services
- Build rapport and identify customers' needs
- Explain financing options and close deals
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Keep accurate records of appointments and sales activity
