Duties
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive safety programs aligned with construction workplace safety regulations and ANSI standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards related to electrical safety procedures, occupational health concerns, and general construction risks.
- Lead safety training sessions for construction teams, ensuring understanding of OSHA standards, NFPA standards, NEC guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
- Oversee incident investigations related to workers' compensation claims or occupational health issues, providing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, NFPA standards, and local regulatory requirements through rigorous compliance management.
- Coordinate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into construction management processes and schedules.
- Manage safety documentation including risk assessments, safety audits, incident reports, and training records using construction management software.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of construction site experience combined with construction safety management expertise.
- Strong understanding of construction regulatory compliance including OSHA, NFPA standards, NEC guidelines, and ANSI standards.
- Proven ability in risk management and occupational health to proactively identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
- Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate diverse teams on safety best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Effective communication skills for conducting safety training implementation and collaborating with project stakeholders.
- First aid and CPR certification to respond swiftly in emergency situations involving construction personnel.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
