Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure efficient project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in building, welding, and refrigerating techniques.
- Experience as a service technician or in field service roles is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for effective installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
