Diettrich Farm is entering an exciting new chapter with a renewed focus on education—not only for our
clients, but for every member of our team.
We're looking for interns, volunteers, and employees who want more than just a job. We want people who
are excited to learn, ask questions, develop practical skills, and become part of a supportive equestrian
community.
This is an ongoing apprenticeship with no predetermined end date. Whether you're new to horses or
already have experience, if you're motivated to learn and willing to work hard, we'll invest in your growth.
We're looking for people who are:

Service-oriented and willing to help wherever needed

Responsibilities include:
Feeding horses
Turning horses out and bringing them in
Cleaning stalls
Setting up stalls for evening feeding
General barn and farm maintenance
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
In return, you'll gain hands-on experience in horse care, barn management, and the horsemanship
principles we teach every day. You'll work alongside people who value learning, responsibility, and
continuous improvement.
