Role Description:
At Scott Manufacturing, LLC we pride ourselves on building, maintaining, and restoring the majority of our own equipment. We are actively seeking the right candidate to become a long-term member of our maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the building of new equipment, refurbishment and maintenance of existing equipment/facilities.
Role Objectives:
· Build new machinery.
· Refurbish existing machinery.
· Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.
· Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Fabricates and welds a wide variety of metal structures.
· Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 2 years’ experience with machining and/or welding (Arc, Mig, or Tig)
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism in the workplace.
Preferred:
· Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
