Maintex, a family-owned chemical manufacturer and distributor for the cleaning industry, located in City of Industry in the San Gabriel Valley area, is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Receiving Associate . 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri
The Inbound receiver is responsible for ensuring that inbound materials are processed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of inventory integrity from the moment product hits our dock.
A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Receive incoming freight and shipments
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and visible damage
- Verify shipment quantities, labels, and documentation.
- Record received items and update inventory information
- Organize incoming materials in designated areas
- Maintain accurate receiving records and paperwork.
- Communicate shipment issues, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Keep receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
