POSITION SUMMARY
Acquire Oilfield Solutions is seeking a Chemical Handler to support daily yard and chemical operations at our Andrews, TX facility. This is an entry-level, hands-on position responsible for receiving, staging, blending, and loading chemicals for frac and acid operations. The Chemical Handler plays a critical role in keeping jobs running on time by ensuring the right materials are in the right place and properly documented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Material Handling & Staging

Offload incoming chemical deliveries into the designated receiving area

Stage chemicals and materials for upcoming jobs based on job schedules and load sheets

Move totes between receiving, storage, and loading areas; relocate empty totes and drums to their designated zones

Load chemical totes and materials onto trucks and trailers for field operations
Tote Blending & Inventory

Blend chemical totes according to engineering specifications and procedures

Perform weekly physical inventory counts across all chemical storage areas (front yard, back yard, and shop)

Maintain organization of all chemical storage areas and keep the yard clean and clearly defined
Documentation

Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outgoing chemical loads

Ensure all totes are properly labeled and documentation is accurate before dispatch
SCHEDULING
-
10 days on, 4 days off
-
The weekend occurring during the days on, is “on call”. Expect 2-4 hours each day
-
Start time each day will vary, depending on when crews are yarding up, or if chemicals can be loaded the day before
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions, including lifting up to 75 lbs
-
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counts and blending operations

Valid driver’s license
Preferred
-
Prior experience in a yard, warehouse, chemical handling, or oilfield environment
-
Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and similar equipment
-
Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and basic chemical safety practices
