We are currently seeking a friendly, upbeat and passionate luxury concierge/receptionist. The right candidate will be outgoing and a self-starter. The job will entail scheduling appointments for our service department and will be done in person, over the phone and over email. This is a full-time position and will consist of 40-45 work hours per week, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and customers
- Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
- Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
- Provide general clerical/office support such as: Assist with our electronic record keeping. Scan documents into our software system, file deal paperwork and service reports
- Perform other duties as requested
Job Type: Full-time
