This is not a position where you’ll sit around waiting for calls. You’ll receive fresh, professionally booked appointments from our large database of loyal customers.
What You’ll Do
- Run residential service and maintenance calls
- Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Clearly explain findings and available solutions
- Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Complete invoices, photos, and documentation in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked company vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Confidence presenting solutions to homeowners
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own basic HVAC tools
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable, motivated, and comfortable with performance-based pay
