What You'll Do
Customer Success & Face-to-Face Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Welcome customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Build strong relationships through engaging, face-to-face interactions.
- Learn about customer needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Educate customers on products, services, features, and available promotions.
- Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Customer Account Support
- Assist customers with account updates, service requests, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
- Document interactions and follow established procedures.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved quickly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction whenever appropriate.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Utilize CRM and customer management systems to track customer interactions.
- Stay informed about current products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Maintain organized documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support daily operational activities as needed.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues and leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
- Share customer insights and ideas to improve service quality.
