Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to support both warehouse organization and in-field service work. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, takes pride in their work, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
This position plays an important role in keeping operations organized, supporting service-related tasks after installations, and helping ensure materials and job sites stay on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Organization / Operations DutiesMaintain organization of warehouse, materials, tools, and job inventory.
Ensure materials for upcoming projects are properly staged and ready for installation crews.
Track incoming and outgoing materials and assist with inventory.management.Pick up materials from distributors, suppliers, and vendors as needed to keep projects on schedule.
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to warehouse or job sites.Keep warehouse, work areas, office spaces, and company property clean and organized at all times.
Sweep and mop designated office and warehouse areas multiple times per week to maintain cleanliness standards.
Clean and sanitize office and restroom toilets daily as part of required facility maintenance
Help identify missing materials or product shortages before installations.
Service Technician Duties
Perform minor service repairs on completed remodeling projects
Handle punch list items after installation to ensure customer satisfaction
Address warranty-related service calls as assigned
Troubleshoot minor issues related to windows, doors, bathrooms, roofing, siding, or other remodeling work
Communicate professionally with homeowners while on service visits
Document completed service work and report any larger issues to management
Assist installation crews when additional field support is needed
Qualifications
General construction or home remodeling experience preferred
Basic knowledge of hand tools and light repair work
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift and transport materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
Positive attitude and team-first mentality

What we're offering:
Salary plus a $6000.00 Auto allowance.
Hours 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday -1 hour lunch hour included
Saturdays as needed.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
