Do you notice the little things others miss? Are you organized, tech-savvy, and great at working independently? We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-driven Property Inspector to help us ensure every home we manage meets our high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections
- Document findings clearly with photos and detailed notes
- Communicate with leasing and maintenance teams to report and follow up on issues
- Use Appfolio and Optimoroute to schedule and manage your inspections efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver’s license (must-have!)
- Someone who is dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using mobile apps and inspection software
- Strong time management skills and attention to deadlines
- Clear, confident communication with a solutions-first attitude
