Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment plans with members to settle their accounts
- Analyze accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies
- Apply financial concepts such as debits, credits, and account analysis in the collection process
- Anticipates possible concerns and makes recommendations to strengthen the overall service level.
Requirements
- Familiar with FDCPA guidelines, skip tracing and communicating with vendors
- The ability to manage a queue of delinquent accounts.
- Ability to negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers
- Proficiency in account analysis and understanding of financial concepts like debits and credits
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years in a financial institution
Education: High school graduate or GED.

Pay: $19.35 - $25.00 per hour

- FI Collections: 2 years (Preferred)
