HVAC Installer / Service Technician — $75K+ — South Euclid / Cleveland East Side
We are hiring an experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician to perform high-level install/service work, and help us keep up with a growing backlog.
This role is for someone who can work independently, solve field problems, communicate with customers, quote new installs, identify ductwork issues, and leave behind clean, professional work.
Compensation
Earning potential: $75,000+ per year
Base pay: $25-35/hr, depending on experience
Overtime: time-and-a-half after 40 hours
Peak season: up to 55 hours/week
Referral bonus: $500

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Typical day: 8:30 AM to ~5:30 PM
Normal season: around 40 hours/week
Peak season: up to 55 hours/week
Weekend work: emergencies only
What You’ll Do
Perform HVAC install jobs from start to finish
Handle a 60% install / 40% service workload
Work on a 60% light commercial / 40% residential mix
Install and service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, RTUs, boilers, high-velocity systems, zoning, IAQ, ventilation, and some refrigeration
Perform ductwork modifications and identify ductwork problems
Quote new installs and recommend upgrades when appropriate
Perform startup and commissioning
Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC experience
EPA certification
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ductwork skills
Diagnostic ability
Residential and commercial experience
Ohio journeyman license not required
NATE/OSHA/manufacturer certifications not required

Location
Shop: 4004 Mayfield Rd., South Euclid, OH 44121
Technicians dispatch from home and generally cover a 30-mile radius around the shop. Ideal candidates live within about 30 miles / 40 minutes of the service area.
We are a small, honest, technically strong company — not a cookie-cutter swap-out shop and not a high-pressure sales operation.
The owner works closely with the field team, helps with ductwork estimates, gives technical coaching, and supports the guys in the field. The culture is relaxed, but the work is fast-paced and demanding. If you pull your weight, you will have freedom.
