About BrightStar Care
BrightStar Care of Plano / North Dallas is a growing home care company serving patients and families throughout North & East Texas. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join us in an entry-level sales support role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from hospitals, providers, patients, and families
- Follow up on referrals and new inquiries
- Enter and update information in our CRM and systems
- Coordinate communication between sales, clinical, and operations teams
- Ensure fast, professional response times
Additional Support Tasks
- Send emails and updates to referral partners
- Assist with tracking and organizing communication
- Help maintain accurate records and data entry
- Support basic administrative tasks
