Job Title: Logistics Associate (Pick & Pack Specialist)

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9AM - 5PM or 12PM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for Amazon, e-commerce, distributors, and retail partners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, packaging, and ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaboration: Work with the operations team to meet daily shipping goals and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 25lbs,
- Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central) is a bonus.
- Reliable and punctual, with a team-oriented mindset.
