Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration using hand tools, power tools, and automotive welding equipment
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques to restore vehicle structures and sheet metal components
- Conduct auto painting, sanding, detailing, and auto glass replacement to achieve a flawless finish
- Use automotive repair knowledge to diagnose issues, perform vehicle maintenance tasks, and ensure proper assembly of repaired parts
- Assist with auto estimating processes by accurately assessing damage and repair needs while adhering to safety standards Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or independent shop
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques including welding repair, sheet metal work, sanding tools, and auto painting
- Hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and automotive welding equipment
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and automotive repair processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, auto glass installation tools, and detailing equipment
- Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repair processes and timelines
