Right now, we’re looking for a Room Attendant – to make sure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in or get a bit of last minute work done. We’ll need a little flexibility with your time so we can serve our guests the best we can.
Room Attendant/Housekeeping summary:
To provide a clean and sanitary, comfortable environment according to hotel standards for all guests and promote sanitary conditions.
Room Attendant/Housekeeping essential duties include the following:
- Maintain the hotel standards of quality and cleanliness by using various cleaning equipment (vacuums, polishers, etc.,) and sanitizing through washing.
- Must dust light fixtures, furniture, windowsills, TV, appliances, etc. and freshen rooms daily.
- Must clean and disinfect bathroom to include tubs, basins, toilets and mirrors, floors and walls.
- Responsible for trash, waste removal and other materials from guests rooms.
- Replenishes linens, towels, and toiletries.
- Must comply with all regulations of OSHA and State Health Department to include proper handling procedures for disposing/clean-up of blood or bodily fluids. Also required to handle various chemicals, cleaning solvents, etc.
- Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (leaky faucets, toilets, loose tile, broken windows, and repairs to HVAC units.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Room Attendant/Housekeeping overview requirements:
- Evening, weekend, and holidays hours may be required
- May work in dusty, damp, and dirty areas
- Require to lift, carry, walk, sit, push and pull and be able to lift 50-75 pounds
- Fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.75 per hour
