Alhambra Golf Course, located in Alhambra, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Cart Barn Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
- Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must be dependable
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ensure the practice range is open and ready for players in the morning
- Stage and organize carts
- Assist in picking balls and washing range balls
- Ensure the cart barn and practice range areas are kept orderly and clean, including restrooms and trash cans
- Work closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournament
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
