**MUST BE SKILLED IN ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STILL. AND MUST HAVE MIG AND TIG**
- Read and understand prints. Check prints on every job and make sure all components have been properly manufactured before job is started.
- Check prints for cabinet finish (i.e. grind welds, mill grain, etc.) and ensure material has been prepped prior assembly.
- Maintain a quality weld, free of defects and visually appealing.
- Keep a conscious awareness while handling boxes and components to avoid imperfections. (I.E., Scratches, Dents, Arcs, Etc.)
- Quality control checks: Check enclosures for cosmetic deformities and notify QC Manager / Weld Supervisor / Production Manager of problems.
- Keep track of stock parts and let the Production Manager know if we need stock parts before we run out. Track inventory as requested by Weld Supervisor / Production Manager.
- Work at an efficient pace to ensure enclosures are built correctly and scheduled due dates are met. Meet or exceed production standards as identified by management (i.e. . . BBA-1M to be welded at a min. rate of 4 per hour.)
- Time tracking: Clock in and out per order in E2.
- Be able to effectively and safely operate all equipment in the department once trained.
- Keep work area clean and organized and ensure a safe working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned that may not be outlined or noted in this job description. Such duties may require working in other departments than which you normally work or were assigned upon hire. In addition, work schedule and/or hours may vary or differ than your normal assigned schedule and are contingent on production needs and at the discretion of management.
- Good attendance and punctuality are essential requirements to adequately perform this position.
Preferred Skills and/or Education:
- Read and understand prints.
- Pass the forklift test and operate the forklift.
- Pass MIG / TIG welding test.
- Organizational skills to prioritize work-flow
- Must have aluminum sheet metal experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40lbs consistently
- Standing and bending with little or no time sitting
- Must have the ability to work in a “non-climate-controlled” environment
- Must be able to wear PPE for duration of shift. (ie: steel toed boots, protective eyewear, etc.)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
