## Job Summary
We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to transportation planning and supply chain logistics.
## Duties
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide information about transportation services
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems to track passenger trips and update customers on transportation status
- Coordinate dispatching activities and ensure timely delivery schedules
- Type accurate and detailed notes regarding customer interactions
## Qualifications
- Proficient in using computers and software
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Knowledge of transportation planning
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries is preferred
