Responsibilities
- Must have Wisconsin mandated Childcare classes
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative learning technologies and teaching strategies.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively through positive behavior management techniques, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all children.
- Facilitate communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare and progress reports.
- Lead classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning tailored for preschoolers and toddlers.
Experience
- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
