Responsibilities:
- Lead the Recon PM, Recon coordinator, and hire more PM's as needed
- Establish policies and procedures that are profitable, efficient, and wise
- Review estimates, negotiate with carriers
- Problem-solving with customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails as needed
- Find and manage subs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years as Recon/Repairs manager at a restoration company doing $5M+ annually in repairs
- Expert with NON-TPA work
Preferred Experience - Must have 4+ of the following:
- General Contractor license holder
- Former Insurance Adjuster
- Local network of subs
- Former Senior Estimator (Mit & Recon)
- IICRC Certs
- Xactimate Certs
- Mitigation Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or construction
- MBA
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
