Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, transactions, and cash handling
- Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling products to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas
- Oversee cash register operations, process retail sales transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly
- Lead shift activities by supervising team members, ensuring food safety protocols are followed, and providing excellent customer service
- Assist with training new team members on food preparation techniques, POS systems, and food safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards within the food industry
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and processing cash transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash handling accuracy
- Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with sanitation practices in food service or café settings is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on serving guests promptly and courteously

Pay: From $10.50 per hour
