Automotive Detail Department Manager (Overnight Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the automotive detailing department from 6 PM to 2 AM, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the shift

Coordinate with daytime managers to discuss work overflow and ensure seamless transition and continuity of service

Monitor and oversee rapid recon processes for existing work to maintain quality and timeliness

Assign and supervise floor cleaning duties, ensuring the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standard

Oversee the entire department’s daily activities, including staff management, workflow scheduling, and quality control

Address any operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with team members and management

Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper use of detailing supplies and equipment

Proven experience in automotive detailing or a related automotive service environment
