Process Optimization: Maximize productivity and accuracy using RF scanner technology and WMS workflows; partner with the Warehouse Manager to streamline operational floor layouts and workflows.
Administrative Oversight: Approve timecards, manage attendance/time-off requests, and monitor associate productivity metrics against established KPIs.
Shipment Integrity: Direct quality checks at critical stages of picking, packing, and staging to ensure orders are 100% accurate before dispatch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a direct operational link between the warehouse floor, customer care, management, and key client accounts (e.g., Greenworks).
Escalation Handling: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring issues are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or trade coursework preferred.
Quality & Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in a quality control, inventory audit, or supervisory role within a high-volume warehouse or 3PL distribution center.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with FDA compliance, Hazmat handling, or regulated supply chain environments is highly desirable.
Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating warehouse MHE (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) with the ability to pass internal forklift certification.
Systems Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and hands-on experience with WMS systems and RF scanners.
Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical movements including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 75 lbs as part of the daily routine.
Environment: Active warehouse environment operating on concrete floors subject to ambient temperature variances.
Impactful Leadership: Directly shape quality processes and mentor frontline associates in a growing 3PL network.
Career Growth: Exposure to enterprise-level life sciences, commercial logistics, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
