The purpose of this position is to provide homeowners current accurate information concerning Architectural Lscape Committee (ALC) design guidelines by assisting the ALC chairman with associated administrative tasks. Primary functions may include: performing general clerical duties associated with permits, letters, forms required by the ALC guidelines; answering all incoming telephone calls; working in conjunction with ALC Committee the Board of Directors to ensure compliance maintaining accurate files. Performs other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide information assistance to homeowners
- contractors regarding ALC design guidelines.
Prepare documents, issue permits- maintain homeowner files.
Review homeowner architectural/l- scape plans including paint schemes. Give to ALC Chairperson for final approval.
Provide information- clarification to homeowners.
Attend committee meetings- maintain records/minutes
- Perform home inspections to ensure that ALC design guidelines are followed.
Previous office
- customer service experience
Basic computer skills covering word processing- spread sheet programs.
