About the Role:
We’re seeking a high-performing Medspa Sales Consultant with at least 2+ years of experience in the aesthetic or wellness industry. The ideal candidate is a confident and knowledgeable professional who understands how to analyze facial features and recommend tailored treatment plans that help patients achieve their beauty goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth patient consultations and educate clients on our treatments and packages
- Analyze facial structure and skin concerns to recommend personalized treatment plans
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong patient relationships
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Assist in content creation for TikTok and Instagram to support brand visibility
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a medspa setting
- Deep knowledge of skincare treatments, injectables, lasers, and body services
- Strong sales and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems, sales tracking, and follow-ups
- Must be polished, professional, and motivated by results
- Social media savvy with a following on Instagram and TikTok is a strong plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay $20-30/Hr (DOE) + sales commissions
