We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will work closely with licensed therapists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to both post-acute and long-term care patients.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Deliver patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff

Support patients in achieving their functional goals and improving quality of life

Department hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days per week
