We're looking for a dependable, bilingual Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Complete plumbing, painting, drywall, and general maintenance repairs.
- Perform basic electrical, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs.
- Help maintain the property's cleanliness and appearance.
- Keep tools and supplies organized.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with plumbing, painting, and drywall.
- Spanish bilingual is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
