Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Duties:
- Greet customers with a well-spoken voice and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and menu items to assist customers with their purchases
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about Zacadoo's menu items
- Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise as needed
- Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Well-spoken with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Ability to suggestive sell & upsell menu items
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work area
- Phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries over the phone
