Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes
Conduct resident assessments, develop and update care plans, and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Oversee wound care management, including monitoring skin integrity, coordinating treatments, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote healing and prevent complications
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians, families, and appropriate healthcare professionals
Ensure adherence to infection control practices, patient safety standards, and quality assurance initiatives
Provide leadership, education, mentoring, and ongoing support to nursing staff
Coordinate with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure individualized care plans are followed
Assist with staffing coordination, documentation review, scheduling, and other daily administrative responsibilities
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and clinical performance
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
Experience with wound care and wound management strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Knowledge of infection prevention and skin integrity protocols
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
