Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager/Cook to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook food items in various kitchen stations, such as grilling, sautéing, and frying
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure food is cooked properly and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder when needed, report of any shortages or discrepancies
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen Management position.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficient in using various kitchen equipment, such as knives, grills, fryers, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
