As a field technician, you’ll manage every step of the customer’s service experience from start to finish, upholding the high standards we’re known for in the communities we serve. More specifically, you’ll run and manage your own route, inspect homes and businesses to identify pest activity, determine the best solutions, explain your findings to customers, apply treatments safely, keep customer records accurate in PestRoutes and follow up to ensure satisfaction. While this isn’t a traditional sales role, you’ll have daily opportunities to sign up new accounts and recommend additional services when appropriate, making you a key part of the company’s growth.

Responsibilities at a glance:
- Run and manage your own route
- Inspect homes and businesses for signs of pest activity
- Determine and apply the best solutions in accordance with company and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatments and prevention
- Perform treatments and recommend preventive services
- Input and update customer information in PestRoutes
- Answer questions and address customer concerns
- Identify opportunities to sign up new accounts and upsell services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and customer-service focused
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work early mornings when required (4 a.m - 5 a.m. start times during certain seasons)
- Background check required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
