Job Description: Sales Executive – DMT, AePS, INMT, BBPS & Cross-Selling
Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Varanasi (1 each)
Salary range: 3 to 5 Lpa (negotiable)
Services: INMT (Indo Nepal Money Transfer), DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AePS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System), and Cross-Selling of Insurance & Third-Party Products
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Candidates with basic understanding of digital financial services will be preferred
2. Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Field sales
- Retail financial services (especially DMT, AePS, INMT, BBPS)
- Agent onboarding in fintech or banking sector
- Freshers with good communication skills and local market understanding may also apply.
3. Skills Required
- Working knowledge of DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other digital platforms
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain and train retailers/agents on financial service platforms
- Fluency in the local language is mandatory; English and Hindi are an added advantage
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new retailers (kirana shops, CSCs, recharge outlets, etc.) for financial services
- Promote usage of INMT, DMT, AePS, BBPS, and other supported digital platforms
- Educate and train retailers/agents on how to use the platforms effectively
- Cross-sell insurance products and third-party financial offerings
- Provide timely after-sales service and resolve agent issues to ensure continued activity
- Submit regular field updates and reporting to the Area Sales Manager
- Achieve monthly targets for agent onboarding, activation, and transaction volume.
Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per year
