Experience Level: 3–5 years of litigation experience
We are seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of substantive litigation experience to join our Washington, DC office. This position focuses on complex antitrust and Consumer / Civil Litigation litigation, including high-stakes class actions and coordinated multi-party matters.
This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing meaningful aspects of cases and will be ready to take ownership of litigation responsibilities while working closely with senior attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
· Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
· Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions to dismiss, class certification briefs, and summary judgment motions
· Manage written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
· Coordinate with co-counsel, experts, and opposing counsel
· Assist with case strategy, fact development, and trial preparation
· Manage a docket of active complex litigation matters with appropriate senior oversight
Qualifications
· JD from an accredited law school
· 3–5 years of litigation experience (experience in antitrust, Consumer / Civil Litigation, product liability, or class action litigation strongly preferred)
· Active admission to any U.S. State Bar
· Demonstrated experience handling substantive litigation responsibilities

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
