Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technician - Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations, manage a team of skilled technicians, and ensure the highest standards of service and repair for automotive systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Supervise and support technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality work
- Maintain quality control standards and final inspections
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers as needed
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
- Help manage parts ordering and workflow efficiency
Experience
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
