Installation Manager – Kitchens & Windows

We are a fast-growing kitchen refacing and window installation company looking for a highly organized and hands-on Installation Manager to join our team. This position plays a critical role in managing installation projects from start to finish while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily installation schedules and crews
- Oversee kitchen refacing and window installation projects
- Conduct final walk through and handle punch list/completion items
- Maintain warehouse organization, inventory, and material flow
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates and scheduling
- Coordinate service calls and resolve installation issues when needed
- Work closely with sales, project management, and installation teams
- Monitor job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Recruitment of installers
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, remodeling, kitchen, and window installation management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on mentality with attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and scheduling experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
