SUPER CHIX® is coming to Toco Hills! We are building a dependable, energetic, and guest-focused team for our new restaurant located at:
3011 N Druid Hills Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30329
We are hiring both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) Team Members. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Please note that this location does not have a drive-thru. Front of House Team Members will focus on providing excellent service to guests inside the restaurant, including taking orders at the front counter, assisting in the dining room, and preparing orders for pickup.
Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required. We provide training and are looking for candidates who are dependable, hardworking, friendly, and ready to learn.
Front of House Team Members
FOH Team Members are responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately at the front counter
- Answering questions and helping guests understand the menu
- Processing cash and electronic payments correctly
- Preparing, organizing, and handing out dine-in and pickup orders
- Checking orders for accuracy before serving them
- Keeping the front counter, beverage station, and dining room clean
- Restocking cups, lids, napkins, sauces, and other supplies
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Responding professionally to guest questions or concerns
- Working closely with BOH Team Members and restaurant leadership
Back of House Team Members
BOH Team Members are responsible for preparing high-quality food safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing chicken, fries, salads, sandwiches, and other menu items
- Following SUPER CHIX recipes, portions, and quality standards
- Working at assigned cooking and preparation stations
- Preparing ingredients before and during each shift
- Checking food for freshness, quality, and correct presentation
- Following food-safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures
- Preventing cross-contamination and maintaining safe food temperatures
- Keeping cooking equipment and workstations clean and organized
- Washing dishes, utensils, and restaurant equipment as needed
- Restocking ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Assisting with opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
- Communicating clearly with FOH Team Members and restaurant leadership
Qualifications

- Are available to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when scheduled
Physical requirements
Team Members must be able to:
- Stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- Bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift and carry restaurant products and supplies as needed
- Work safely around hot cooking equipment
- Work in areas with changing temperatures
- Perform cleaning and food-preparation duties throughout the shift
