Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to advance the organization’s mission and vision.
- Oversee program development, ensuring services meet the needs of individuals with disabilities and underserved populations.
- Manage organizational operations including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise staff members across departments, fostering a positive work environment that promotes professional growth and accountability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, funders, and government agencies to enhance service delivery and organizational sustainability.
- Lead behavioral health initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in social work and program management.
- Oversee administrative functions such as policy development, staff supervision, and program evaluation to maintain high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social work settings.
- Demonstrated success in managing programs that serve underserved communities with sensitivity and cultural competence.
- Extensive supervisory experience supervising teams or technical project managers within complex organizational structures.
- Strong background in program development, management, and evaluation to ensure continuous improvement.
- Skilled in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management to support organizational goals.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Management experience in behavioral health or related fields is highly desirable for success in this role.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
