We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Sign Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure high-quality signage is delivered on time and efficiently.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they become issues, and enjoys working as part of a team. We believe our team is family and are committed to creating a positive, respectful, supportive, and harmonious workplace where everyone can succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Production: Expertly weed vinyl, mount prints to substrates, and prep dimensional letters.
- Installation: Head out into the field to install wall graphics and custom signage.
- Problem Solving: Use your "handyman" skills to figure out the best way to make a custom project fit and look perfect.
Who You Are
- Self-Motivated & Smart: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a task and tackle it.
- Great with Tools: You are comfortable handling tools and have a natural mechanical aptitude.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "clean" work (straight lines and zero bubbles!).
- Experience? Previous experience in weeding, mounting, or installing graphics is a major plus, but not required. If you are handy and eager to learn, we want to talk to you.
