Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability.
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food handling, and operational procedures.
- Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining high standards.
- Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a motivated team.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Develop budgets, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and food industry standards across all restaurant functions.
Skills
- Experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership capabilities in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Proficiency in managing POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, food production processes, and kitchen management.
- Expertise in staff training & development, team management, and performance coaching.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities including budgeting, shift management, and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
