We are seeking a warm, dependable, highly organized team member to serve as our Wellness Studio Front Desk Lead.
This is an active, client-facing role that includes front desk support, client communication, membership and pass sales, outreach, technology systems, and shift-level coordination. The person selected must be comfortable managing several responsibilities at once while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
This position is best suited for someone who is looking for meaningful part-time work, can commit consistently for at least one year, and is excited to become an active part of a yoga and wellness studio community.
What This Role Includes
Client Experience
- Welcome and check in clients in person
- Respond to client questions by phone, text, email, and in person
- Support new students, current members, and returning clients
- Assist with account questions, registrations, purchases, and general studio needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment throughout each shift
Sales and Outreach
- Make outreach calls to prospective students and returning clients
- Send follow-up texts and emails using studio guidelines
- Guide clients toward the class, pass, membership, service, or program that fits their needs
- Support membership and pass sales in a warm, professional, and confident way
- Follow a structured outreach and follow-up process consistently
Operations and Technology
- Learn and use Mindbody and other studio systems accurately
- Process class registrations, purchases, memberships, retail sales, and account updates
- Document client interactions clearly and consistently
- Follow detailed procedures and complete shift responsibilities on time
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues related to check-in, online classes, and studio operations
Shift Coordination
- Help guide the flow of the shift
- Support teammates without formally supervising them
- Keep the front desk, client experience, and operational tasks moving
- Communicate clearly when issues need attention
- Stay calm and focused when several things need attention at once
Regular Schedule
Applicants must be consistently available for the regular shifts below:
- Mondays: 5:30-8:30 pm
- Tuesdays: 5:30-8:30 pm
- Saturdays: 7:15 am-2:30 pm
Some training Saturdays may run until 4:30 pm with advance notice.
Occasional coverage on other weekday evenings or Sundays may be needed due to illness, vacation coverage, events, or staffing needs.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of client service, front desk, sales, administrative, wellness, retail, hospitality, or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort making phone calls and having sales or enrollment conversations
- Ability to learn and use multiple technology systems
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed processes and document work accurately
- Ability to prioritize when several things need attention at once
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to commit to the role for at least one year
- Willingness to become an active studio student by attending at least four classes per month through the included studio membership benefit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mindbody or another scheduling, booking, or point-of-sale system
- Experience with membership sales, wellness sales, retail sales, or client outreach
- Experience in a shift lead, team lead, assistant manager, or coordinator role
- Background or strong interest in yoga, wellness, fitness, healing arts, or community-based service
- Comfort using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email platforms, and online communication tools
