Job Overview
We are currently hiring a delivery driver for Federal Express.
What you’ll do
- Safely operate a box truck or sprinter van to deliver products to various locations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload goods efficiently, utilizing equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability on the road.
- Manage route planning to optimize delivery schedules and minimize delays.
Basic qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in delivery driving or courier services is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages up to specified weight limits.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experienced or highly qualified applicants may receive a higher level of pay
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
Preferred qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in route driving with knowledge of local areas.

We are a contracted service provider for Federal Express. Our contract covers deliveries in Waterloo/Evansdale and surrounding area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
