We are looking to hire a Loan Officer with experience who operates with integrity, transparency, and a client-first mindset. This is a brokerage so you will have the flexibility to send your deals to the top lenders and have aggressive pricing for refinancing.
Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loan - Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM and Commercial
- Analyze borrower financials and recommend the best loan solution
- Accurately disclose rates, fees, and loan terms with full transparency
- Guide clients through the full mortgage process from application to closing
- Work as a team and communicate effectively and efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a related financial services role with strong knowledge of loan origination and processing
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and fair housing laws
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex loan options clearly and build trust with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of loan origination experience as a Loan Officer
Pay: $51,714.00 - $254,598.00 per year
