Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with metal fabrication, welding, grinding, and blueprint reading. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Shift hours are Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM to 3:45 PM.
Pay range is $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Stick welding on various metal components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts for welding and fabrication projects.
- Operate grinders, torches, saws, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with specifications.
- Repair damaged equipment and metal structures as needed.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.
- Work independently or collaboratively to complete projects on schedule.
- Assist with general shop duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Basic welding and fabrication experience
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
· Familiarity with shop tools, welding equipment, and safety procedures
· Strong attention to detail and workmanship
· Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Preferred
· Experience with MIG, and Stick welding
· Experience in an industrial or fabrication shop environment
· Experience operating forklifts, torches, or heavy fabrication equipment
· Proven track record of producing quality work and completing projects on time
