Warehouse Lead
Campbell Supply Co. is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Lead in Iowa Falls.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, hardworking individual who takes pride in serving our customers and supporting the team. This person should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work effectively both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the daily flow of shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and helping ensure the quality and on-time delivery of products to our customers. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations
- Salary postion
- Serve as the Warehouse Lead for the Iowa Falls branch
- Oversee and assist with daily shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Drive a Sprinter van or company truck as needed
- Maintain a current, valid driver’s license
- Ensure the right product reaches the right customer accurately and on time
- Inspect products and shipments for accuracy and quality
- Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing up to 75 lbs.

- Possess strong computer and technology skills
- Learn to safely operate a forklift; training will be provided
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and other team members

- Take ownership of responsibilities and help keep the warehouse operating efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Basic computer and technology proficiency

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
