3) Position Summary: School Counselor- Darul Arqam School, a premier K - 12 Islamic school in South River NJ is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Guidance Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and an understanding of various learning styles. The Guidance Counselor will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop academic plans, create individualized schedules and advocate for individual students and groups on class trips and other school events.
Qualification:
1. At least 2 years experience is preferred.
2. Proven knowledge of and ability to use computer with guidance programs
3. NJ Licensed School Counselor

Essential Duties:
