Greensky Commercial Cleaning is seeking a motivated and detail oriented NIGHT TIME Janitor/Cleaner to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums and floor scrubbers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial cleaning training, or any custodial certifications
